| It's based off of a citizen complaint dated November the 24th, 2025. I prepared a report for you to review. The report includes the documents I reviewed, the policies I reviewed, findings and conclusions, and a area for the Chief of Police to concur or not concur. | 2026-02-04 17:32:29 | |

| It is the policy of the Socorro Police Department for patrol officers to audio video record all police related activities where a crime may have been committed or a complaint could be leveled against an officer or the department.
